Tracy has over 7 years experience as a Paralegal. She graduated from College of the Canyons in 1999 with an Associate’s Degree in Business. In 2000, she graduated from Learning Tree University where she earned a paralegal certificate. In 2001, she started her legal career as the assistant to a law firm specializing in litigation, wrongful termination, employment discrimination and wrongful death cases.

Ms. Harkness has experience assisting with insurance subrogation litigation, real estate transactional law and litigation, bankruptcy and banking litigation, and corporate entity formation. She is also a Notary Public.
