Mr. Murad is of-counsel to the firm. Mr. Murad graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with department honors and a bachelor degree in biology. Thereafter, he attended Loyola Law School where he was a member of the Intellectual Property Section, and graduated in May 2005 with his Juris Doctorate degree.

While at Loyola, he was active in the Center for Conflict Resolution and the South Asian Law Student Association. Mr. Murad completed an internship at the Los Angeles City Attorney, where he was involved with all aspects of municipalities' litigation. In addition, Mr. Murad was a research assistant with Professor Hull of Loyola Law School, where he conducted research in commercial law issues.

Mr. Murad's practice focuses in the areas of business and civil litigation.

Mr. Murad is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all of the courts in the State of California and also in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
