Mr. Greenwall graduated cum laude in Linguistics from Harvard in 1995. After spending a year in Japan on a fellowship, he then worked for First Data Resources on international business strategy. He earned an MBA at Pepperdine University in 2004, studying one semester in Strasbourg, France as well. Thereafter he worked as a project manager in debit card programs at Washington Mutual while attending Southwestern Law School, where he graduated cum laude in 2009.
While attending Southwestern, he was a Research/Special Projects Editor at the Southwestern Journal of International Law and active in the volunteer income tax assistance (VITA) program, preparing tax returns for low income clients. In 2007 his team won second place in the national American Bar Association Law Student Tax Challenge. He also worked for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in 2008 and for Judge Vincent P. Zurzolo of the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court in spring 2009 (Chief Judge of the Central District of California 2007-2011), working on bankruptcy cases and learning bankruptcy procedure and litigation.
Mr. Greenwall is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. His areas of practice include bankruptcy, debtor/creditor, secured transactions, civil litigation, and tax.
